The CSE Council announces that, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted the listing of 68,347,014 ordinary shares of nominal value CYP 0.10 and 6,834,701 warrants of “Alliance International Reinsurance Ltd”. The exercise price of warrants that were allotted gratuitous to the ratio of 1 warrant per 10 shares to the Company’s shareholders is CYP 2.50 and will be exercised in May 2003.
The trading of warrants will commence on April 17, 2003 and the CSE will be responsible for the observance of the Registry and the Central Registry.
Investors who wish to enter trading should submit their application from April 15, 2003.
The codes of trading of the aforementioned shares and warrants are ALL and ALLw respectively.
Please note that the Company will be listed in the “Insurance Companies” sector.
