The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announces that the issued share capital (listed on the CSE) of «Liberty Life Insurance Public Company Ltd», which amounted to €908.037 and was divided into 90.803.707 shares of a nominal value of €0.01, has been altered after the reverse split (increase in the share's nominal value from €0.01 to €1.00) to €908.037 divided into 908.037 shares of a nominal value of €1.00. This change will come into effect on 3 August 2017. The company's shares will be traded under the new ISIN code CY0107310316 and their trading price will be readjusted.
