The CSE Council announced that according to Regulation 73, it has accepted 41.644.008 ordinary shares derived from the exercising of Rights of Era Portfolio Investments Ltd. as well as 13.636.193 warrants. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 81.839.758 and listed warrants which will reach 15.084.451. Trading of the new titles will commence on Monday 29 January 2001.
