According to Regulation 73, the CSE Council announces that it has accepted 23.214 ordinary shares derived from the exercising of warrants of Era Portfolio Investments Ltd. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 40.195.750 shares and 1.471.472 warrants. The new shares will commence trading on the 11 January 2001.
