The CSE Council announced, that in accordance with Regulation 73, it has accepted 400.000 ordinary shares of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Ltd. issued in exchange for acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Cyprus International Roads Ltd. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 36.155.553 shares.
The new shares will commence trading on the 7 March 2001.
