According to Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted 2.575.000 ordinary shares of Renos Hadjioannou Farms Ltd. issued in exchange for acquisition of 100% of the share capital of E. Yiorgallis (Poultry Farms) Ltd. and P. Gavriel Donner Market Ltd. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 68.271.684. Trading of the new shares will commence on the 20 February 2001.
