The CSE Council announced that in accordance with regulation 73, it has accepted 50.735 ordinary shares derived from the exercising of rights of Universal Savings Bank Ltd. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 15.050.735.
Trading of the new shares will commence on 27 February 2001.
