The CSE Council announced that it has accepted 550.571 ordinary shares of F.W. Woolworth & Co. (Cyprus) Ltd. derived from the public offer for acquisition of the company Olympos Investments Ltd. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 94.996.891 shares.
Trading of the new shares will commence on the 12 February 2001.
