The CSE Council announced that in accordance with Regulation 73, it has accepted 17.566.115 ordinary shares derived from the public offer for acquisition of Olympos Investments Ltd. of the company F.W. Woolworth & Co. (Cyprus) Ltd. which will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company.
The new shares will commence trading on the 23 January 2001.
