The CSE Council announces that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73 it has accepted the listing of 1.289.220 ordinary shares of the “Bank of Cyprus Ltd”, which have resulted from the conversion of £1.611.573 Convertible Bonds, 6.75%, maturity 2003, of the company
Investors who wish to make transactions for these shares can submit applications for the opening of a trading account as from December 12, 2003.
Please note that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will total 438.914.927 ordinary shares.
Trading of the shares will commence on December 15, 2003.
