The CSE Council would like to announce that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73 it has accepted the listing of 91,576 ordinary shares of the “Bank of Cyprus Ltd”, which have resulted from the conversion of £114,472 Convertible Bonds, 6.75%, maturity 2003.
Investors who wish to proceed with transactions must submit the relevant application for the opening of a trading account to the CSE as from December 1, 2003.
Please note that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 437,625,707 ordinary shares.
Trading will commence on December 2, 2003.
