Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73, the CSE Council would like to announce that it has accepted the listing of 8,168 ordinary shares of the Bank of Cyprus Ltd, which have resulted from the conversion of CYP 10,210 Convertible Bonds, 6.75%, maturity 2003.
Investors who wish to proceed to transactions must submit their applications for the opening of a trading account as from July 27, 2003.
The trading of the new shares will commence on July 7, 2003. The shares will be incorporated in the Central Registry and its titles will trade in the dematerialized as from July 7, 2003.
It is noted that the shares will be incorporated in the existing listed share capital of the company, which will amount to 437,465,860 ordinary shares.
It is also noted that following the conversion, the number of 6.75% Convertible Bonds maturity 2003 that will remain listed in the CSE will reach CYP 3,079,709.
