After examining the request of “Brainstorm Enterprises Public Ltd” and the dispersion of its share capital following the successful public offer by “Krondel Enterprises Ltd and since there is no longer requirement for listing and constant obligation on the dispersion of the share capital to the public, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist its titles from the CSE on Monday, June 26, 2006, pursuant to Article 178 of the CSE Law.
