Further to the announcement dated 30/9/2011, the CSE Council decided that the titles of Cyprus Airways Public Ltd will continue trading in the Special Characteristics Market for the period of nine more months.
This decision was taken pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.3 (a) of KDP 326/2009 as amended, which concerns the failure to abide by the constant obligations of the Market that the company is listed in, especially the minimum dispersion of capital to the public.
