CSE: Caramondani to be delisted

Pursuant to Article 178 (1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the movable securities of Caramondani Bros Public Co Ltd in view of the fact that it no longer meets the listing requirements and the constant obligation for the dispersion of the share capital to the public, after the successful outcome of the Public Offer submitted by C.B Holdings Ltd, which holds 93.81% of the Company’s share capital.

It is noted that C.B Holdings Ltd committed to accept all shares it will be offered by the remaining shareholders at the price of €0.90 per share for the period of six months from its delisting from the CSE.

The last day of trading will be Thursday, December 4, 2008.

Also, the Cyprus Stock Exchange decided to suspend the trading of the titles of Caramondani Bros Public Co Ltd from December 5 to December 10, 2008 (included), that is, until the clearing of all transactions.

It is noted that the titles will be delisted on December 11, 2008. This decision was taken for the protection of investors pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law.
