CSE Council Decisions - Frindlays delisted

1. During yesterday’s convention, the CSE Council decided, inter alia, the following issues:

A. Cancellation or modification of issue terms for Warrants or Rights for listed companies.

The CSE Council has re-examined the issue of cancellation or modification of issue terms for Warrants and Rights for listed companies. It has therefore been decided that the Council will not accept the modification or cancellation of issue terms, as they have already been announced to CSE or they probably have been included in the Bulletin and securities have not yet been listed in CSE. It is noted that this decision concerns all warrants and rights that have already been listed to CSE.

B. Rejection and withdrawal of company applications for listing their titles on the CSE

The application of company CAF Computers Ltd for listing their titles on the CSE has been reviewed and rejected by the CSE Council. The companies Sigma Radio Ltd, Zeus Publishing Ltd and Nakis Theocharides Optical Ltd have withdrawn their applications for listing their titles on the CSE. The Council has accepted their applications.

C. New Marathon Tours Ltd.

The CSE Council has re-examined the six-month reports of listed company New Marathon Tours Ltd for the period ended on June 30, 2002. Further announcement will be made.

D. New group of companies in Central Registry

The CSE Council has approved the next group of companies to be listed in CSE’s Central Registry. Further announcement will be made.

2.Frindlays Investments Ltd.

Following the apology of listed company Frindlays Investments Ltd and within the framework of the procedure for delisting the titles of the company, the CSE Council has decided to delist company’s titles from CSE, unless the company submits and publicizes the annual reports for 2001 until November 24, 2002. It is noted that the company has not yet submitted or publicized the annual reports for 2001 and it has violated the agreement. The CSE Council will re-examine the issue when company acts as mentioned beforehand.
