Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the movable securities of Athena Cyprus Public Company Ltd since the Company no longer meets the main listing requirement and the constant obligation concerning the dispersion of the share capital to the public in view of the completion of the squeeze out procedure by Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, which holds 100% of the issued share capita of the Company.
