The CSE Council decided, pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law and in agreement with the SEC, to delist the titles of Europrofit Capital Investors Public Ltd (ERP/ ΓΙΟΥ) since it is no longer in line with the main listing requirement and the continuous obligation on the dispersion of its share capital to the public, in view of the completion of the squeeze out by CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd.
