The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that following the issue and submission of the final consolidated financial statements of D.H. Cyprotels Plc for the year ended October 31, 2010, it decided that its titles will continue trading in the Special Category Market pursuant to the Provision 2.2.3 of KDP 326/2009 (as amended), due to the uncertainty that might reveal serious doubt as to the Group’s ability to continue as ongoing concern.
