The Cyprus Stock Exchange decided that the titles of Efremico Holdings Public Ltd and Knossos Investment Public Ltd will continue trading in the Special Category Market.
This decision was taken pursuant to the Provision (c) of paragraph 2.2.3 of KDP 326/2009 (as amended) of the CSE due to an uncertainty that might reveal a significant doubt as to the Group’s and the Companies’ ability to continue as active economic units, pursuant to their Auditors’ Report for the year ended December 31, 2009.
