The CSE Council announces that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73 it has accepted the listing of 1,876,618 new ordinary shares of Empire Capital Investments Public Ltd, which have been allocated to the shareholders of PSD Investments Public Ltd who have accepted the Public Offer of Empire Capital Investments Public Ltd for the acquisition of up to 100% of the share capital of PSD Investments Public Ltd.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of Empire Capital Investments Public Ltd, which will amount to 5,876,618.
Investors who do not have a trading account and wish to proceed to transactions must submit the application for the opening of a trading account from Tuesday, October 19, 2004.
