The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law it has accepted the listing of 151.065.200 ordinary nominal shares of “Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd”, which have resulted from the mandatory conversion of 15.106.520 Convertible Capital Securities (CCS1).
The above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 3.698.557.601 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01.
It is noted that due to the above conversion, the listed number of Convertible Capital Securities trading in the CSE under the code HBCS1 / ΕΤΜΑ1 will be reduced to 25.401.840 of €1.00 each.
The trading of the 151.065.200 shares will commence on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, when the differentiations in the listed numbers of the above titles will be valid.
The above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 3.698.557.601 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01.
It is noted that due to the above conversion, the listed number of Convertible Capital Securities trading in the CSE under the code HBCS1 / ΕΤΜΑ1 will be reduced to 25.401.840 of €1.00 each.
The trading of the 151.065.200 shares will commence on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, when the differentiations in the listed numbers of the above titles will be valid.
