The CSE Council announces that it has accepted, pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, the listing of 16.290.000 ordinary shares of Kerverus Holding IT (Cyprus) Plc, which are issued due to the split of the nominal value of the share from €1.00 to €0.10.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will reach 18.100.000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10.
Their trading will commence on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.
In addition, further to the announcement dated April 24, 2014, it is reminded that from July 10, 2014 the share will trade with the new nominal value of €0.10 (from €1.00) and with a readjusted trading price.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will reach 18.100.000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10.
Their trading will commence on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.
