The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulatory Decision on the clearing and settlement of transactions on the dematerialized securities of the Central Depository and Registry, after the acceptance of the public offering or the exercise of a squeeze out, any transaction related to the securities of Alliance International Reinsurance Public Company Ltd will not be possible.
This is due to the application that has been submitted for the exercise of a squeeze out by Flagstone Reassurance Suisse S.A., which had been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This decision will be effective from Friday, November 21, 2008.
