The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulatory Decision on the clearing and settlement of transactions on the dematerialized securities of the Central Depository and Register after the acceptance of a public offer or the exercise of a squeeze out, any transaction or act in relation to the values of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd is not feasible.
The above are valid in view of a request on the exercise of a squeeze out by Buziba Ltd, which had been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This decision will be effective from Monday, June 23, 2008.
