The CSE Council announces that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 73 it has accepted the listing of 14,515 Bonds 2004 – 2011 of nominal value £100 each of “A. Panayides Contracting Public Ltd”, which were allocated through the Prospectus dated November 17, 2004 for the issue and listing of up to 50,000 bonds.
Investors who wish to proceed transactions must submit their application for the opening of a trading account from Thursday, March 3, 2005.
Trading will commence on Friday, March 4, 2005.
The Bonds will be traded under the code APCB.
