The Cyprus Stock Exchange ratifies pursuant to Article 184 of the CSE Law the decision for the suspension of trading of the titles of Brozos Ivy Public Ltd, as announced on September 11, 2013, due to its failure to submit the six-month results for the period ended June 30, 2013.
Based on the above, the suspension of trading of its titles will be effective until March 13, 2014 (included), unless the Company submits its six-month results for the period ended 30/6/2013 in the meantime, so the suspension will be lifted pursuant to the Regulatory Provisions.
