The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the issued share capital of C.T.O Public Company Ltd, which amounted to €18,783,000 divided into 208.700.00 shares of nominal value €0.09 has been reduced to €18.738.837 divided into 208.209.300 shares of nominal value €0.09 based on a court decision due to the cancellation of 490,700 shares held by the Company.
