The CSE Council announces that the issued share capital of PSD Investments Ltd, which amounts to CYP1.300.000 divided into 5.200.000 shares of £0.25, will be reduced, based on judicial decision, to CYP520.000 divided into 5.200.000 shares of £0.10.
