The CSE Council announces that, based on provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted the listing of 1,495 ordinary shares of “Salamis Tours (Holdings) Ltd”, which have resulted from the exercise of Company’s warrants.
Note that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company, which will reach 36,529,137.
Trading of the new shares will commence Thursday, January 30, 2003
