The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 18,387,400 ordinary shares of “Stario Portfolio Investments Public Company Ltd”, which have been issued the shareholders of Cipriani Entertainment Ltd (former Windom Trading Ltd) and Il Sportivo by J.G.C.P.L. Ltd for the acquisition of 100% and 80% of their share capital respectively.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 38,478,538 shares.
Their trading will commence on Tuesday, September 29, 2009.
