Following a request on behalf of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the suspension of trading of the Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 under the code ΤΡΚΜΧ/ BCCB from Tuesday, June 2, 2009 to Monday, June 15, 2009 (included) so as to secure the proper operation of the market, the completion of the applications procedure and the exchange and final distribution of the new Capital Securities.
The re-trading of the Convertible Bonds will commence on June 16, 2009.
This decision was taken pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law for the protection of investors.
It is noted that the corresponding Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 in the ASE will be suspended too.
