The Cyprus Stock Exchange, further to its announcement dated July 23, 2012 on “Cyprus Airways Public Ltd”, decided to lift the suspension of trading of the Company’s titles since there are no longer reasons for its suspension after the submission of its annual report for the year ended 31/12/2011.
With the submission of the annual report, its titles will continue trading in the Special Category Market. This decision was taken on the basis of paragraph 2.2.3 of KDP 326/2009 (as amended) of the CSE, due to the uncertainty that might reveal significant doubt as to the Group’s ability to continue as going concern, pursuant to the Independent Auditors’ Report dated 31/8/2012 for the year ended December 31, 2011.
