The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the suspension of trading of titles of “CLR Capital Public Ltd” and “Laiki Investment EPEY Public Company Ltd” on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 in view of the reports concerning the negotiations for merger between the two.
This decision was taken for the protection of investors pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law and will be adopted on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 in case that the two companies fail to give further clarifications on the issue.
