The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that it suspends the trading of titles of Cytrustees Investment Public Company Ltd from Wednesday, May 23, 2007 to Friday, May 25, 2007 (inclusive) after the Company’s request for a smoother completion of the procedure of transfer of shares that have been offered by the acceptors of Cytrustees Investment Public Company Ltd to Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd and Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd and the dispatch of cheques as an exchange to the acceptors above.
This decision was taken pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law for the protection of investors.
