The Cyprus Stock Exchange, further to previous announcements dated June 17 and 30, 2014, announces the continuation of suspension of trading of the titles of Karkotis Manufacturing & Trading Public Ltd and Pipis Bros Farm Public Company Ltd for two more months, that is until October 20, 2014 due to their failure to submit their indicative results for the year ended 31/12/2013. This decision was taken pursuant to Article 185 of the CSE Law as well as based on the Policy Decision of the CSE Council (Circular no.15-2012, date 9/11/2012 on “Suspension and delisting of securities in the CSE Markets).
Also, it is reminded that the aforementioned companies have not submitted their Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31/12/2013 either.
