The Cyprus Stock Exchange, further to its announcement dated July 26, 2013 on Libra Group Plc, D.H Cyprotels Plc and Astarti Development Plc, announces that the deadline for the suspension of trading of the titles of the above companies will expire on October 2, 2013, as the period of two additional months that were allocated to companies in accordance with Article 185 of the CSE Law has passed.
Since the CSE has no power of suspending trading for a further period, despite the fact that the above companies have not yet submitted their financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2012 and the period ended April 30, 2013, their titles will be traded in the Special Category Market from October 3, 2013 and until the CSE Council examines the possibility of delisting them pursuant to the Law, the Regulatory Decisions and the Policy Decision dated 09/11 /2012 Circular No. 15-2012.
