The Cyprus Stock Exchange, further to its previous announcement dated September 27, 2013 and following a decision of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission dated October 15, 1013, announces the suspension of trading of Libra Group Plc, D.H.Cyprotels Plc and Astarti Development Plc from Wednesday, October 16, 2013.
According to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, this decision was taken pursuant to article 127(2) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Laws 2007 and 2012 since the companies have not complied with their obligation to submit their Annual Report for the year ended October 31, 2013 and the Six-month Report for the period ended April 30, 2013. As a result, investors are not provided with the necessary information on the financial condition of the aforementioned issuers.
The suspension of trading will be effective until their compliance and/or possible delisting of their titles.
