The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that due to a delay on behalf of a number of listed issuers to submit and publish their annual financial reports for the year ended December 31, 2011, it decided – in order to protect the investing public – to suspend the titles of the following companies from Monday, 2/7/2012, pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law.
This decision was taken so that the issues provide the necessary information to the investing public and will be effective until 31/7/2012.
Based on the above, the titles of the following issues will be suspended:
- Avacom Public Company Ltd
- AD Shopping Galleries Plc
- Empire Capital Investments Public Ltd
- Laser Investment Group Plc
- Stario Portfolio Investment Ltd
This decision was taken so that the issues provide the necessary information to the investing public and will be effective until 31/7/2012.
Based on the above, the titles of the following issues will be suspended:
