Following a relevant request of Apollo Investment Fund Plc and pursuantto Article 183 of the Securities and the Cyprus Stock Exchange Law, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the suspension of trading of the company's shares as of Friday, 2 February 2018, to protect investors. More specifically, this suspension is deemed necessary in order to complete the procedures for the company's conversion into a UCITS in the form of an investment company with variable capital.
