The CSE Council announces that with the submission of the Annual Report of Renos Hadjiioannou Farm Public Company Ltd for the year ended December 31, 2013, it decided to transfer the Company’s titles from the Special Category Market to the Alternative Market of the CSE.
This decision was taken pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.5 of KDP 326/2009 (as amended). It is noted that the grounds on which the issuer’s securities were in the Special Category Market no longer exist.
The trading of the securities in the Alternative Market will commence on November 19, 2014.
