The CSE Council decided to transfer Triaina Investments Public Company Ltd from the Investment Companies Market to the Alternative Market, pursuant to Provision 2.2.8 of KPD 326/2009 (as amended) of the CSE, which concerns the transfer of an issuer of the Investment Companies Market to any other market upon request.
It is noted that Triaina Investments Public Company Ltd was trading in the Special Characteristics Market, pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.3 (a), which concerns the non-compliance with the minimum dispersion to the public for the Investment Companies Market in which it was listed, an obligation that has been met with its transfer to the Alternative Market.
The trading of its titles in the Alternative Market will commence on Friday, February 3, 2012.
