D.H. Cyprotels Ltd. announced that during its AGM of the 31 July 2001, the audited financial statements and Board's report for the year ending 31 October 2000 were approved. Further, Messrs Christos Mavrellis and Demetris Smyrlis were elected as new Board members. Messrs Savvas Ph. Droushiotis and Christos Vakis resigned from their positions on the Board.
