Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 81(1) Appendix F (Constant Obligations of Listed Issuers) of the CSE Laws and Regulations, we wish to inform you that at the meeting held on September 15, 2004, the Board of Directors of Cytrustees Investments Co Ltd decided to propose the amendment of the articles of the Memorandum concerning the quorum at the General Meetings in order to facilitate the Company’s operations.
The examination for the consolidation of the two classes of shares has not been completed and will continue on the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
