Cytrustees: Proposed dividend of 7.5%

Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Law and Regulations and further to our announcement dated January 31, 2006, we wish to inform you that at the meeting held on March 20, 2006, the Board of Directors of Cytrustees Investment Public Company Ltd decided that the Annual General Meeting propose the payment of a dividend of 7.5% on the nominal value of the share (67 cents), which is 5 cents per share. The AGM date and the date for the payment of the dividend will be discussed at the next meeting.
