D.H Cyprotels: Declaration of Board members for final results 2010
Pursuant to article 9 paragraphs (3)(c) and (7) of the Transparency Requirements Law 2007, we, the members of the Board of Directors and responsible for the consolidated and separate financial statements of D.H Cyprotels Plc for the year ended October 31, 2010, confirm that:
a) The consolidated and separate financial statements
(i) Were prepared pursuant to the International Financial Reporting Standards as those were adopted by the European Union and pursuant to the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (4) of the Law and,
(ii) Provide a true and fair picture of its assets and liabilities, its financial condition and the profit or losses of the Group and the Company and the businesses that are included in the consolidated results, and
b) The Directors’ Report provides a fair review of the developments and the performance of the business as well as the financial condition of the Group, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties that they face.
