It is hereby announced that the Board of Directors of D.H. Cyprotels Plc (the 'Company') in a meeting held at 26th February 2009 approved the annual audited consolidated accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st October 2008. We are sending you herewith a copy of the accounts with the related notes.
The net loss for the year ended 31-10-2008, as this is stated in the annual audited consolidated accounts of the Company, presents a negative difference of €700,000 as compared to the preliminary results of the Company, due to the correct application of accounting principals regarding the recognition of income form the selling of the villas.
The Board of Directors of the Company set 30th of July 2009 as the date for its Annual General Meeting, to take place at the Poseidonia hotel in Lemesos, at 17:00 hrs. The annual report will be sent to shareholders 21 days before the Annual General Meeting the latest.
In accordance with the regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the accounts will be available on the Web Page of Cyprus Stock Exchange at www.cse.com.cy and also the accounts will be available, at no any charge, for the period of five years at the Company's office, Ant.
