Ref: D.H. Cyprotels Plc (“Company”)_Profit Warning and Board Meeting for Preliminary Accounts 31.10.2011
Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities Commission, and in order to fully inform the investors, D.H. Cyprotels Plc announces that, based on today’s indications, the Preliminary Accounts for the financial period ended 31st October 2011, are improved compared to the preliminary accounts of the year 2010. This is, mostly, due to the fact that there is not provision for impairment of the amount receivable from the holding company Libra Group Plc.
Further, we would like to inform you that the board of directors of D.H. Cyprotels Plc will meet on Thursday 29th December 2011, 10:30hrs at its offices in Limassol, to consider and approve the preliminary consolidated accounts for the year ended 31-10-2011.
