Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities Commission, and in order to fully inform the investors, D.H. Cyprotels Plc announces that, based on today’s indications, the six month accounts for the financial year ended 30th April 2007, will be less compared to the six month accounts of the year 2006. This is mostly due to increase of the rates of interest as well as of the renovation of the hotels which are not capitalised.
