Cooperation between D.H Cyprotels Ltd and Charilaos Apostolides & Co Ltd
D.H Cyprotels and Charilaos Apostolides & Co Ltd announce that they have reached an agreement for the development of two properties of 8 and 38 donums respectively at the areas of Protaras and Latsi.
The cooperation will commence with the establishment of a partnership for each region, with equal participation, to which the properties will be transferred. The two properties currently belong to D.H Cyprotels Ltd and/or its subsidiary and their objective value amounts to £5,000,000.
The development of the two properties will be carried out with the construction of villas and other housing units for Cypriots and other foreign interested parties.
Based on the current prices of the housing units, the development of the two properties is expected to benefit the Companies.
